Been going to Vicente since before he had his own shop and I'm soooo glad to have found him.
Being a woman some mechanics will try to take advantage and fix things that don't even need fixing but not Vicente. He always always goes the extra mile to explain the repairs my car needs and the pricing is always reasonable. Super happy for him that he now has his own shop, if you're looking for a new mechanic I can't recommend this place enough.

We have been using Vicente for years - from even before he opened his own shop here at Otto's.
He is the only mechanic we will use because of his honesty and integrity and his prices are very fair. My family owns multiple Audi's and he takes care of all of them for us. I cannot recommend him highly enough and do to all my friends. You will not regret coming to Vicente and his team at Otto's.

Used to always take my Q5 to the dealership for service, where they charge 2x the rate for labor and seemingly 3x the price for parts.
Otto's got my brakes replaced same day, offered a complimentary inspection that was super detailed and helpful, and everyone was friendly and communicative the whole time. Cannot recommend enough!
